The Claflin Building

The Claflin Building was inspired by Rosario Candelaâ’s pre-war New York style cooperative apartments. The residences at the Claflin Building offer spacious floor plans, high ceilings, grand entrances and oversized rooms and windows. High-end details and finishes are reflected in the custom-made kitchens and bathrooms as well as in the living areas. Custom millwork, moldings, and white-oak herringbone floors are the perfect complement to the most amazing views of the Boston skyline and the Charles River. The building is located just steps from the Boston Public Gardens, and along the Green Line at the Arlington station.
