Telford 180 Breaks Ground in Allston

Telford 180

Construction has begun on Telford 180, an 85-unit condo building located along the Charles River in Allston, according to Bldup.

The building will be six stories and along with the ideal location will offer beautiful river views surrounded by plenty of green space.

There is plenty going on in the Allston neighborhood and this new development is just a small part of a neighborhood going through significant change.

The Davis Companies are the developers behind the project and they hope to bring new energy and convenient housing to the area at a price accessible to young professionals.

One of the major benefits of the location is the connection with the bicycle infrastructure in the area, including direct bicycle path connections throughout Boston and Cambridge, giving residents the easy option to commute by bike.

The building will offer bike spaces along with car parking spaces and a list of other amenities. These include: a rowing room, a full gym, an indoor club room and an outdoor courtyard complete with grills and a fire pit.

The units will range from studios to three bedrooms and feature open floor plans, oversized windows and high-end finishes.

The building is expected to be completed by fall of 2017.
