Residences at Malden Station Officially Joins Malden Square

Malden Station’s official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held yesterday and what a great turn out it was; even Mayor Gary Christensen attended as the guest of honor!

The 84 Residences at Malden Station pride themselves as being tech oriented and even offer a computer nook within each unit. The building is located next to the (T ) Orange Line and bus stops, making it transit accessible, which deems very attractive to our progressive 2014 demographic.

Malden Station is just a small portion of the Malden Square area that plans to build 720 more apartments and 195 resident units. Its’ expansion will provide great depth to the Boston market and we’re excited that Malden Station is apart of it.

With units already 40% leased, we recommend you not miss your window of opportunity to get your hands on some of these great apartments!

Prices for studios are listed as starting at $1,781; 1-BRs at $1,944; and 2-BRs at $2,451.
