Back Bay Station Project

Another big time development project take aim at Back Bay. It looks like Back Bay Station will soon undergo a huge renovation, adding residences and retail to one of Boston’s busiest areas.

From Curbed.Boston:

“The folks behind the TD Garden towers want to plunk soaring buildings above Back Bay Station, one of the busiest stops on the T. In exchange, developer Boston Properties would revamp the station, making it less dudgeon-like and more mall-like.”

Avalon Exeter: Back Bay High-Rise

Wow another high rise in the Back Bay area.  Avalon Exeter gives residents exclusive access to the Prudential Center train station as well as the shops and Shaw’s grocery store at the Prudential.  This is sure to be a huge selling point for this brand new residential building.
